Serrano is Spain's most popular ham. Ours is aged for over 15 months in the mountains for a full, complex flavor and mild saltiness. It is all natural, with no added nitrates. We import this reserve quality ham and slice it fresh at La Tienda.

Chorizo is the signature sausage of Spain. Cured with garlic and Pimentón de la Vera smoked paprika, our chorizo is hung to dry for over a month in the Rioja region. It has a firm bite and a rich, smoky flavor.
