First, we feature three types of Spain's luxurious acorn-fed Ibérico de Bellota cured meats, including packs of thinly sliced ham and lomo pork loin, plus a whole chorizo sausage.
Ibérico de Bellota refers to special black Ibérico pigs who live a life outdoors, wandering the 'dehesa' oak forests of southwestern Spain. In the fall they feast on plentiful sweet acorns ('bellotas' in Spanish), which impart a deep flavor and rich marbling to the cured meats.
Next, we include three wedges of finest Manchego cheese from the Dehesa de Los Llanos estate. Made from the milk of their own herd of Manchega sheep, each has a distinct flavor depending on how long it was aged, from milder 3-month aged cheese to the bold, sharp Gran Reserva.
Finally, you will receive three more artisan ingredients - oakwood fire roasted sweet piquillo peppers, rich and crunchy Marcona almonds and mixed olives in an herbal marinade.
