On the stunning estate of Belvís de Las Navas, centuries old olive trees grow on terraces hewn from the dramatic mountains of Sierra de Las Nieves, with sweeping views of the coast of Marbella to the Strait of Gibraltar. Abandoned for decades, the Yturbe family nursed the trees back to health and discovered several varietals that had never been documented. These olives are picked by hand and pressed to create an exceptional oil.
This very rare extra virgin olive oil has notes of artichoke, ripe tomatoes, cut hay and a bright peppery note at the finish. Savor this special oil with freshly baked bread, fresh salads or grilled vegetables.
